Hey...
So I haven't written anything for donkeys years (HAHA), but my horoscope told me I should :). Thanks Rob Brezsny! So today is election day. I am so proud of my family for always voting. I cannot remember a time when they haven't voted. I'm stoked that democrats have the senate, and unfortunately, GOP has the house now, but at least Dems have the senate, right!? Anyway, Freckles and I voted together. I love that girl. The weather was perfect! An come on, it's November and we're having blue skies ad sunshine. I love California!!!! :D I went to yoooooga at 7, and my favorite substitute was there YAY! So that was a nice treat. I feel so much better now. Justin made a fire, so the house is nice and warm. YES! Thanks J! Gotta go read Beowulf (oh god), then bed.
love y'all. Wishing you the best day eva!
In love,
C

The future. Sooner than later!
I am writting this blog from my little iPhone, in the dark, on the couch (my bed) in Wales, UK at 2:32 am. I am fed up with my mother. I realize more and more everyday that there is never a day without a fight with her, and I am not too happy when I'm around her either. So, I have decided that MY happiness is important, and I am worthy! I am ready to move out, get a job, and go to college. This would mean I would mostly support myself. I make up that this will be difficult. My biggest concern is finding a job that will pay me enough to support myself while also attending college. $8 minimum wages isn't much, but hey, I believe. I believe there is a way. And I KNOW I will be happier. I will of course have to work harder, but I am worth it. I want it! I can do it! I will do it! I do NOT need go be a victim of mental slavery! I can't wait! My new life is going to be amaaaazzzing, I can feel it!!!! :D yay! Paaarrrty! Planting my seeds for the future :)

Saturday Love!
I love the feeling of waking up to a new day. Sometimes this practice can be overwhelming if I think about all the tasks I need to complete. However, if I wake up knowing I have a lot to do, but still have excitement for the day ahead of me, there is a sense of ease added to my list of things. Everything turns to nothing, and what seemed like a lot, now seems simple. I know I can do it. I've done it before and I will continue. My fear is the only thing that holds me back. If there were no thinking or analyzing involved, everything would just be. But that's what makes us Human. I like being Human. And I like life. When I don't have a big task on my mind when I wake up, then I am free to let the day take me where it want to go, and that day is today!
This particular Saturday morning was nice. Last night I went to dance class for an hour, which was SUPER fun! We had lots of hard dances, it challenged me, and I left feeling I had accomplished a lot. My mom took me to get a burrito after. That was nice. I enjoyed a veggie super burrito, and she had the same but, with grilled chicken inside hers. We ate about half there, then saved the rest to have for breakfast. When we got home I caught up on some of my shows online. By the time I was done it was about midnight. I kissed my puppy goodnight and went to bed. It was raining when I first got in bed. Droplets hit my skylight - a pretty sound to fall asleep to. I woke up around ten this morning. Oh, weekend xoxoxo. I started to clean the house. I ran the dishwasher, cleaned the kitchen, vacuumed, swept, etc. I then ate my left over burrito - yummy!! Freckles and I took a walk over to Ragle Park. So nice! It's a pretty day; a mixture between sun and clouds, and lots of green. There weren't too many people or dogs at the park - which was nice - so Freckles and I got to move along quickly, unbothered. The views were stunning over the valley in the back of the park, up on the hill. We came home, I some Taylor Maid Farms Coffee, mi favorita, and visited with my momma.
Later on tonight, I might go visit my dad. I miss him a lot. I really have no plans for the day, and that's mostly how I like it. I like to let the day happen freely. We are seeing a glimpse of Spring here. A bit of rain, sunshine, and not too cold. :) Not bad for February. I'm excited for Spring! I am planning on getting the bike fixed, getting a basket for the front and side saddle bags so I can bike down to Andy's Produce. It's just a short, flat ride, (1 mile) and there's a trail the whole way there! Perfecto, I say! I can see myself going down there a few times a week in the summer to get my produce. I can't wait!!! I love that I live so close so I don't have to pollute the Earth with my car going to get my food! Yay for that!

Winter at Home
I love being home. I used to hate it! When I come home from school, I have the whole house to myself! I know that in the winter I stay in and enjoy that, and in the summer I travel and leave my home, and enjoy that also. Having a mix of both is great. During theses hours I get to be free. Waking up in the morning to sleeplessness and and wanting to lay in my warm bed, often times gives me an unappreciated view on my life. I hate that I feel this way because in all actuality, I am SO BLESSED! I love my life. I have do many hopes and dreams for myself. I am creating my own reality. That is one thing I absolutely love about life. I made up what I want. Everyday I am one step closer to graduating and starting my new, free-er life. I am loving that I only have a few more months left!!!!!
I have some things I'm doing right now that make me feel like I have no time at all! I know that it won't be like this for forever, so I'm just going to let it be! I am practicing letting go. In other news, tomorrow is block day, which means I don't have to wake up so early!!!! Whoo Hooo!
Even though I am SOO far behind on my senior project, I am trying to be optimistic about how it will turn out. I know in the end I am going to be okay. And besides, it's almost SPRING!!!!!!!! :)

Here Goes It..
For a long time I have been messing with the idea of starting a blog, but until now I never sat down to do it. It's funny how things happen. Right now I'm busier that I have been in a REALLY long time and I have sooo much I need to do, yet I'm taking the time to write. I have so many freaking thoughts in my head right now, I just need a place to get them out before something happens. So, this is my attempt to get some of my crazyness out of my brain so I can try to relax. I keep reminding myself that this will pass. It always does. Isn't it interesting to see the cycles of Life? It seems like life is either going really fast or not. My back is hurting right now. I'm not sure if it's from the stress or the car accident? I have an appointment to see my doctor again on Monday, but I really don't know where this is going at all. The back injury, that is. I don't want meds, that's for sure.
I remind myself to be grateful for what I have, which is a lot!!!! So, recently I joined the Gratitude Log..and love it! I think this is just what we need to make this practice a habit. Love, love, love the idea!!! One of my resolutions is to go on there more and more to post what I am grateful for. Trying to instill a habit.
I have so much more I would like to write, but I really do have to go. More later..
